

Trip into the unknown Goldberry was sitting on Star he was cantering, carefully picking his way between the trees. He was a wonderful horse, so smooth and caring. He stopped in a clearing of the woods. Goldberry saw a small glittering pond. She dismounted star and walked slowly towards the pond and sat down. In the darkness of the night Goldberry was sitting by the pond of moonlight. She looked pale against the blackness of the sky, the moon shinning wearily on her face. Goldberry looked into the pond and saw pond weed floating on top moving slightly in the cool night breeze.
